"Facilities: There is only one public restroom, which is very inconvenient. It is not convenient to take a shower or use the toilet. Needs to be improved.
Hygiene: Because it is a newly opened B&B, there are only the proprietress and her husband, so they are probably too busy, and the beds are not changed in time.
Environment: The B&B has just been renovated. The decoration is very ethnic and the environment is very good.
Service: The lady boss is very nice. Because I brought Chinese medicine for my children that needed to be refrigerated, she enthusiastically helped me find a refrigerator to store it. She also helped us add a mattress to the room for two. The service was very enthusiastic.
Generally speaking, the boss is very nice and the service is very enthusiastic, but the hardware facilities need to be improved. One bathroom is really inconvenient, and the hygiene needs to be improved. Then there is the need to apply for tax invoices, as some guests need invoices."
"The surroundings are pleasant, transportation is convenient, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The owner is very hospitable. What truly sets this place apart are the fresh flowers in the rooms."
"This was the first time I'd been charged for plain tea—barely drinkable with loose tea crumbs in it.
Clearly a joke by the young receptionist, whose check-in/registration efforts I promptly postponed until the evening due to time constraints so I could still make the most of the day before sunset."
"We drove to Gannan and stayed here on the first night. The environment was nice. We went there late, and the boss left someone there to wait for us. I had a headache and nausea early the next morning, and my blood oxygen was only 80. I saw online that it might be altitude sickness. I wanted to ask the boss's wife for two bottles of oxygen to see if it could relieve it. Unexpectedly, the boss's wife was very considerate. While comforting us, she arranged for the staff to take us to the hospital for examination. It was very heartwarming when we were away from home. Thank you to the boss's wife and the ******* brother who took us to the hospital."
"This hotel is in a very good spot, opposite the river, away from the traffic and tourist groups. The restaurant offers great food and drinks. The personal is very friendly and helpful and the room looked very nice, ******* style , and the mattress was comfortable . Can recommend this place without hesitation."
"I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend staying here. The hotel is right next to the entrance of the monastery and most rooms have a nice view of the lively main street and the mountains behind. The rooms also have built-in heating so the room is not cold during the colder months. The bed is very comfortable. Staff doesn’t always speak English but they are very friendly. The hotel is a little bit outdated, but I think it is one of the best places to stay in Xiahe because of the location and it offers everything you need."
"We are a family of three generations of five people traveling and living in a large triple room.
Environment: is a newly opened homestay this year. The facilities of the whole homestay are very new, with good lighting and a lot of space.
Hygiene: It is operated by the boss and his wife, and the hygiene is also cleaned by themselves. We lived for two days and saw that the proprietress had been cleaning the hygiene inside and outside. There are also many green plants in the yard. The bathroom is large and smart toilet.
The breakfast boss will cook fresh beef soup for Tibetan noodles. He will also share Tibetan dumplings to taste first.
Service: The boss and his wife are local Tibetan compatriots, very enthusiastic, take the initiative to carry luggage, chat, and eat fruit. They will also share local play guides, and share their fresh beef and mutton to eat with everyone. The guests have the needs and meet everyone as much as possible. For example, someone needs to add more quilts, and my mother wants to cook medicine, and she is very enthusiastic to help.
It is a typical Tibetan house courtyard, with strong walls, quiet and comfortable living. It is very suitable for a family of young and old, or friends, sitting around on the big table in the yard, chatting, eating and drinking tea.
Less than ten minutes walk from Labrang Temple. There are many choices for eating nearby."
"It's a very Tibetan-style hotel. The ******* lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. The staff helped us take our luggage to the third floor where we live (there is no elevator. The hotel is in a good location and is very close to Lapuleng Temple. It's only a few minutes' walk away."
"The restaurant on the second floor or the third floor is under renovation. There are workers transporting materials in and out of the hotel, so it is a bit dirty. The breakfast room is on the first floor. It is very simple. The beef noodles have not eaten a piece of beef for two days... The front desk staff in and out of the lobby have been chasing dramas on the mobile phone."
"It's about 10 minutes drive from Haha County, which is relatively cheap
It's a new hotel, but the facilities are clean. The male and female managers took a taxi to La Branza and the bus stop.
I had a lot of interesting conversations, but tourists who don't know Chinese and only speak English should prepare Chinese translation apps such as Google or Papago and take them with them. I recommend staying at this hotel with relatively cheap facilities even for foreigners"

Outstanding
GGuest UserAlthough the room is small, it is well-equipped and clean. If you need an electric blanket when it gets cold, the little girl immediately prepared 2 new ones and installed them. Thanks
GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are very new and exquisite. The decoration is simple and generous, very comfortable. It is within walking distance to Labrang Monastery and it is also convenient to drive to Sangke Grassland. There are also many restaurants around. In short, I am very satisfied.
CCricalisThis is my favorite hotel on this trip. I like the quiet courtyard, the warm room, the big tree outside the window, and the light and shadow of the sun shining into the room. It can be seen that this hotel is carefully built, and the owner's feelings are reflected in every detail. It was originally just a simple overnight stay, but I didn't want to leave.
WWangyangdahai123The location is very good and close to Labrang Monastery. The downside is that it is too noisy at night because there are many cars coming in and out of the parking lot downstairs at night. The cars coming in will report the license plate number, and the cars going out will honk the horn frantically to ask the on-duty driver to open the door. In addition, the room heater is too hot and the temperature cannot be controlled. But this is a minor problem compared to the noise.
__WeChat61217****The floor in the room was sticky, and the children took off their shoes and stepped on them saying it was sticky to their feet. As for breakfast, there was nothing. It was really no exaggeration. There was nothing. A group of us basically just ate an egg each and left.
The room is spacious, but the bathroom is cramped. When taking a shower, each person has to wait half an hour for the water heater to boil before taking the next shower, which is quite troublesome.
GGuest UserThis hotel brought me a very satisfactory stay experience. The hotel is comfortably decorated, reasonably laid out and quite stylish. The front desk guidance service is in place, and the accommodation environment is quiet at night. The hotel is in a very advantageous location, and Labrang Monastery can be reached in a few minutes. The spacious lobby, elegant environment, thoughtful front desk service, fast check-in, complete facilities in the room, comfortable beds, and free late check-out service are also provided. It's really good👍👍👍
RRaffinettiThe staff and surroundings were excellent. The hotel itself is a mixed bag: a beautiful lobby but the room itself was disappointing: quite dirty, with a desperate need of a renovation. We also received a very dirty towel. The curtains and bed sheets had holes in them.
JJennymojiezuoIt is a very good hotel in the local area. Parking is not very convenient. There is only one parking lot and one entrance. If there are too many cars, it will be blocked! But overall it's pretty good, and it's relatively clean among local hotels. It's still recommended.
FFengzhengailvxingThe hotel is quite remarkable. It's a ten-minute walk to the station and an eight-minute walk to Labrang Monastery. The hotel is probably the best on that street. It's more convenient and the staff is friendly. The room is very big and the sanitary conditions are OK. Overall it's great. I will stay here again next time I come to Xiahe.
GGuest UserState-owned hotel, considered the only four-star in the local area, can walk to Labrang Temple. Stayed for two nights, the hotel upgraded the room for free, and there is a restaurant on the second floor to eat, which is very convenient. It is an old hotel, the equipment and facilities need to be updated and improved, such a small town, understandable,
